GouMax single-channel PD-Responsivity Tester (LSA-200Q) product is a multi-function power meter module. It is called "Laser Scan Analyzer" because LSA-200Q module is usually used in various applications to measure powers in conjunction with laser scanning/sweeping. It consists of high-speed current meter and power meter used to measure photo current and input power with synchronized high-speed laser sweeping. To provide wavelength reference, LSA-200Q provides wavelength measurement for sweeping laser. Specifically, LSA-200Q module can provide the following functions:

• It measures photo current from external photo-detector under test
• It measures power of high-speed sweeping laser
• It measures wavelength of sweeping laser and provides wavelength reference
• It measures PD responsivity spectrum
• It can also measure static PD responsivity at a given wavelength

LSA-200Q is used to measure the responsivity of various photo-detectors over the full-band wavelength range (1250~1650 nm). With GouMax high-speed sweeping tunable laser TLS-1000 and data acquisition modules LSA-200Q, responsivity spectrum can be measured with a second.
